My new favorite belt of all time for now

Posted by Mat on 1st Feb 2019

5'10' 155lbs and the Small is perfect size and leaves plenty of room to open up for IWB. I've been wearing Ares and Volund for years but the Alonso is hands down my new go-to everyday. It's stiff enough to not sag and just pliable enough to not hold your pants open like wearing a hula-hoop for a belt. I'd gotten used to the stiffer belts digging into my hips, particularly while driving, and after wearing the Alonso for a week I unintentionally realized I’ve been looking for that irritation and it's just not there anymore. And on top of it all it's a really sharp looking belt. Never thought I'd like an old school buckle again. Thanks Alonso Defense Group!

    v2 belt

Extremely rigid and durable. Just make sure you order the right size because I now own two of them because the first one was too big. That's ok though because I can keep it in case I ever put on a few more pounds. I expect this belt to last a lifetime.

    Amazingly comfortable for CCW

Posted by Nick on 9th Jan 2019

I’ve been on the search for the most comfortable carry belt possible. I carry at 3 O’Clock inside the waistband. I like to keep as much mobility and comfort as possible. I’ve tried various belt brands, both leather and nylon, some upwards of $100 in my search for the most comfortable belt possible. After seeing this belt in a GarandThumb video I liked that it has a standard buckle as so many other styles have caused discomfort with little sliding pins or other levers/switches digging into my skin in some positions. As soon as I put this belt on I knew it was easily the most comfortable gun belt I’ve experienced. It feels less constricting than other synthetic belts that are insanely thick. It feels like a regular, everyday belt from a comfort perspective rather than a chunky, stiff gun belt but still manages to hold up my forearm perfectly. I don’t know if this will eventually develop a sag or not like some leather belts but I was looking for comfort with support and this strikes that balance perfectly.

Just got mine, this thing will be all that's left besides cockroaches at the end of the world. As soon as I put it on my testosterone levels spiked and all women within 5 miles became pregnant. It's glorious.

I wear a size 32 waist pants, a size med belt is just the right size to wear with an iwb or owb holster.

    As good as advertised

I've heard a lot about this from other gearheads that I trust, and finally pulled the trigger on it. I originally ordered the wrong size because fatteh, but they offered to exchange it. I declined the exchange because it was my mistake, and reordered the correct size. Shipping was brisk 2nd go round, and I've been very pleased with it for the past month or so of daily use, supporting a full-size M&P and weapon light. On-duty, it supports the gun, two spare mags in carriers, a Motorola radio, a keychain the size of Kansas, and miscellaneous pouches with medical and whatnot, without difficulty. Quite impressed, and will replace it with the same if it ever wears out.

Hard to believe how much difference this belt makes with the sidecar holster. Worth both the money and the wait

    Excellent belt

Posted by Justin Carwile on 2nd Dec 2018

This is the only belt any man ever needs. It’s tough as nails and I love that it doesn’t roll over on itself. It made my concealed carry system much more comfortable. I will be ordering another for a dedicated battle belt setup. Bite the bullet and just order one. Yeah it took 10 weeks to get to me, but so worth it.

    Emissary Gun Belt V2

Very nice belt. The quality is outstanding. I prefer this belt material over leather. Leather seems to sag where my holster sits between loops. The Emissary gun belt doesn't sag at all. I'm going to recommend this belt to all my friends.
