Exchanges

Exchanges are processed via you returning the unwanted item for a refund and having you repurchase the new item. You do not need to wait until we process a refund to place the new order. (See Return Info & Process Below)

Returns

Ciguera Gear Company accepts returns on the following conditions: 

  • That the item/s still include all of the original packaging, instructions & receipt. 

  • That the item/s have not been used, damaged, or altered in anyway. 

  • Items must be received within 30 days from the delivery date to receive a refund for the ordered items. 

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Note: The cost of return labels on our portal are deducted from the final refund amount and noted in the portal as a "handling fee". All returns will be carefully inspected before giving a refund, or credit. Returns may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee if the item is altered in any way from its original form. Returns are not accepted on sale priced items or custom products.

Return Instructions:

1. Create & print a return shipping label in the Return Label Portal above.
2. Securely pack items. If available, please use original packaging.
3. Attach your return label to the package and include a note with your order number.
4. Drop off the package within 10 days to your nearest post office and keep the confirmation receipt for insurance purposes.
5. We'll issue your refund, when we receive & approve your return.
