Exchanges
Exchanges are processed via you returning the unwanted item for a refund and having you repurchase the new item. You do not need to wait until we process a refund to place the new order. (See Return Info & Process Below)
Returns
Ciguera Gear Company accepts returns on the following conditions:

That the item/s still include all of the original packaging, instructions & receipt.

That the item/s have not been used, damaged, or altered in anyway.

Items must be received within 30 days from the delivery date to receive a refund for the ordered items.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Note: The cost of return labels on our portal are deducted from the final refund amount and noted in the portal as a "handling fee". All returns will be carefully inspected before giving a refund, or credit. Returns may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee if the item is altered in any way from its original form. Returns are not accepted on sale priced items or custom products.
