Ways to Return

Please visit https://ciguera.com/pages/returns-exchanges to use our interactive returns and exchange portal. You'll be able to generate a return form and a self-addressed shipping label to send the product back to us.

 

Return Policy

Ciguera Gear Company accepts returns on the following conditions: 

  • That the item/s still include all of the original packaging, instructions & receipt. 

  • That the item/s have not been used, damaged, or altered in anyway. 

  • Items must be received within 30 days from the delivery date to receive a refund for the ordered items. 

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

 Note: All returns will be carefully inspected before giving a refund, or credit. Returns may be subjected to a 25% restocking fee if the item is altered in any way from its original form. Returns are not accepted on sale priced items or custom products.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed via you returning the unwanted item for a refund and having you repurchase the new item. You do not need to wait until we process a refund to place the new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the purchase price of the product, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
