The Battlewagon Outer Belt features a precise 3-inch adjustment window to ensure a clean, rigid fit without an overlapping tail crowding your gear real estate. We engineered our gear to scale as a unified system.

Choose Your Sizing Method

Method 1: The Ecosystem Match (Recommended) If you already own a Ciguera Emissary, (LITE) Emissary, or Velcro Emissary, and it currently fits you cleanly within its middle 3 eyelets, order the exact same letter size. We mathematically scaled the Battlewagon to fit perfectly over its matching inner belt size. If your inner belt is a Medium, buy a Medium Battlewagon.
Method 2: Measured Waist Circumference Put on your everyday range pants. Take a flexible tape measure and measure your exact circumference through your belt loops (without gear or an inner belt). We have already mathematically factored in the extra clearance required for your inner belt—simply match your bare loop measurement directly to the chart below.
